- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Lovell and Rylie for their accommodation they made to me for an emergency exam on a day that they were already busy with other appointments. Their bedside manner is incredible. They take the time to explain what they are doing, and present their options to you when a tooth problem is diagnosed. They also make a point to explain why they are doing a certain procedure. As I have a low tolerance for pain, not only did Jeff take my concern seriously, but they ensured that that issue was very well managed. Additionally, the follow up calls made later that day and the following day was outstanding......I have had 3 other dentists in the past and never have had this level of care and concern given to me.
